THE COOKIE | The Life of a Chocolate Maker

While I don’t know Taylor Swift’s life as a showgirl, the life of a chocolate maker is both shiny and fun, as well as shadowy and challenging. IT’S SO.MUCH.FUN. Eating chocolate, making it, watching chocolate set after it’s been tempered, seeing YOU enjoy it. And then, there’s making something with new environment, seasonal weather, ingredients behaving differently — I could go on : )

This (gluten-free!) cookie makes something delicious out of a few behind-the-scenes issues. Here are the highlights:
