Shipping policy

We ship our consumable items within the state of Tennessee and merchandise to all 50 states. Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of downtown Columbia, TN.

Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout. We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and additional carriers, with all current offerings displayed when the purchaser is checking out.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, with the exception of warm weather shipping as described below. You will receive a notification when your shipping label has been created, so you can monitor the tracking information. 

Warm Weather Shipping Schedule: Consumable Items

We monitor our local weather and final destination weather to help ensure the integrity of our product upon receipt. We reserve the right to delay shipping due to warm weather. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping only Monday through Wednesday during warmer weather, to limit package time in warm shipping warehouses.

When a shipping delay of more than 4 business days is anticipated, we will contact the purchaser for their preferred course of action: moving forward with their order, or receiving a refund. If a refund is selected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We reserve the right to delay shipping due to warm weather, to help ensure the integrity of our product when shipping. While we ship orders as quickly as possible, order processing and shipping timelines may be extended due to increased order volume during February, November, and December.
