It's been a year since we opened the brick & mortar shop. (what is time?!)

It's been a great first year in our chocolate factory & shop!
Here are a few highlights of what we've accomplished and learned in the past 14-ish months:
- People are why we're here. Community. Connection. (Thank you for believing in this alongside us.)
- Pretttty much everything is fixable
- Plumbing 101 & probably 201 (thank you to the best Plumbing Consultant Brother™️, Willis)
- Paperwork does NOT bring me the same joy as talking with you and making chocolate for you. But, I'm trying and learning and growing.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for every purchase, visit, sample, compliment, critique, hug, tear shed together, and belly laugh. We're grateful to be inside the Factory at Columbia in our sweet, perfectly-sized-for-us space, where Christine built much of her community during her time working at B's Salty & Sweet.

  • Wednesday - Saturday | 10am - 4pm
  • Monday - Tuesday | closed

CURRENT OFFERINGS

  • Handcrafted chocolate bars daily
  • 2-3 housemade baked goods daily (most will be chocolate, but we try to offer something for everyone!)
  • Hot chocolate & featured drink service daily
  • Additional treats on the weekend, usually announced on Instagram and Facebook

WHENEVER THERE'S A FACTORY AT COLUMBIA EVENT:

  • Make Your Own Bar! Drop in during shop hours and

COMING IN SEPTEMBER 2026:

  • A new standard café menu, with seasonal surprises & weekend extras
  • Chocolate workshops on a regular basis
  • Easy private event & party bookings online
