Have you always wanted to learn how chocolate is made? Are you a serial hobbyist & dabbler like Christine? Like to eat chocolate with friends & friends-to-be? WELCOME.

Unless otherwise noted, our classes will take place at our micro chocolate factory and shop, located in the Factory at Columbia in Columbia, Tennessee. For the most part, classes are hands-on and a small group environment.

As we launch our classes and workshops, we are in learning mode alongside you. You may see some elements evolve, but rest assured our goal is for you to have the best chocolate making & enjoying experience.
